An Aging Mastery Program® will soon be offered by UW-Madison Division of Extension. This fun innovative program empowers you to take key steps to improve your well-being, add stability to your life, and strengthen ties to your community. Meet new friends and provide encouragement to one another as you take the Aging Mastery journey together.
Aging Mastery Program® philosophy believes that even the smallest steps lead to positive changes. Topics covered will focus on aging well, including health, financial fitness, relationships, personal growth and more. These ten 60-minute classes include speakers, videos, and discussion time.
The program is free and open to anyone age 55 and up. Classes will be offered virtually every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning March 2nd through April 1st from 11a.m. – noon. You can join the class online using Zoom videoconferencing or by phone. Class size is limited to 15 participants.
