The University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Extension and the Wisconsin Pork Association will host the 2021 Badger Swine Symposium via Zoom in November.
Speakers will present current topics on swine production on Wednesday evenings during the month of November beginning November 3. Each session begins at 7 p.m. CT with a presentation followed by Q&A until 8:30 p.m. This virtual series is free.
- Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021: Dr. Neil DeBuse, Minnesota Swine Reproduction Center – Working together to keep the Wisconsin herd healthy
- Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021: Dr. Jay Johnson, USDA Agricultural Research Service – In utero heat stress: Knowns, unknowns, and implications for the swine industry
- Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021: Dr. Laura Greiner, Iowa State University Swine Outreach and Extension and CALS – Managing production costs with feed costs
