WeCOPE. Connecting With Our Positive Emotions

WeCOPE is an evidence-based program that helps adults cope with life stress and difficult times. This interactive curriculum has been shown to reduce stress and depression, increase positive affect, and improve health behaviors in randomized trials.

This 7-week program meets once a week on Zoom for 1 hour.  Wednesday virtual classes being January 10th.  Thursday’s classes start January 11th.

Participants gain the most from the program when they are able to practice skills between sessions. A workbook and journal are provided to support this practice. Currently, this course is free to Rock County and Marinette County residents.

Managing life’s challenges in healthy ways allows participants to take better care of themselves and others.  Register before December 20th at: https://forms.gle/tFUsDd9SsRMoRehw8
