Drums Alive®- A Class Designed for Middle-Aged and Older Adults

This unique program combines movement, music, drumming and rhythm to support your physical health, mental sharpness and emotional well-being, all while having a blast!  Drums Alive is a research-based program for all fitness levels – no experience needed.

You can choose your class schedule:
* Monday, 5:30-6:30 pm, April 13th – June 29th
* Thursday, 1-2 pm, April 16 – July 2nd
* Friday, 9-10 am, April 17-June 26th

Classes are held at the Drees Community Center, 600 Pine Street, in Peshtigo.  Classes are free with a suggested $30 contribution to sustain the program.
